#1 - EXERCISE - Boot Camp Classes & Training Sessions
You get 12 weeks of unlimited boot camp classes and training sessions at either of our 2 locations (Burien & Federal Way). We also give you at-home workout routines to do on the days you can't make it to the gym.
We have 8 different boot camp class times throughout the day at 6, 7, 9, 10am & 4, 5, 6, 7pm. You can also drop in for a training session at any time of the day (6am-8pm) and we'll take you through a workout.
#2 - NUTRITION & ACCOUNTABILITY- Easy to Follow Meal Plan, Private Facebook Group, and Coaching
"You can't out-exercise a bad diet" so you'll need a meal plan that will be easy to follow but effective.
This nutrition program is designed specifically for the 12 week program by a nutritionist with years of experience at helping people lose weight.
We will send out weekly videos for you to watch that will give you accountability and motivation to keep eating healthy and stay on course.

1. When Does the Challenge Start?
The Fall 2019 Challenge orientation is on Saturday, September 7, and the first day of the challenge is on Monday, September 9, and we go for 12 weeks. Anyone is welcome to start working out prior to the start of the challenge if you want to get a jump start.
2. What is Required of Me During the Challenge?
During the 12 week Challenge we ask you to workout 3-5 times a week. It is preferred that you come to boot camp class or do a training workout with us at the gym, but you can also do a minimum workout of 30 minutes at home or outside.
We also ask you to track your nutrition and come in for bi-weekly "weigh-ins" at one of our two locations (Burien & Federal Way).
3. What times of day is boot camp class and training workouts?
We have 8 different boot camp class times throughout the day for you to choose from. Monday - Friday: *6, *7, 9, 10am & 4, 5, 6, 7pm - Saturday: 8, 9, 10am - Classes are 50 minutes. *Early morning classes are at 5:30 & 6:30am at our Federal Way location.
You can come in for a training workout at any time of the day Monday-Friday from 6am-8pm. Saturdays from 8am-12pm. We even have 24 hour key-fob access if you want to come in outside normal business hours to workout.
4. Who is this challenge for?
This challenge is open to anyone and everyone. We can accomodate all fitness levels and we are experienced at modifying exercises for injuries or limitations. If you haven't worked out in years we'll start you off at the right pace. If you're currently working out but want to take things to the next level we'll push you to achieve more. Whether you've got just 10 pounds to lose or 100 pounds to lose...this is the challenge for you!
5. What are the fees for this challenge?
Your reservation fee is just $35 (during pre-registration) which confirms your spot in the challenge. The average weekly fee is just $32 during the challenge!
