It's more than just a workout!

We call it a "Boot Camp" program, but coming in for a workout program at Freedom Fitness provides you with much more than that! You get knowledgable & friendly trainers, support & encouragement, & fellowship with boot campers.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you come in for your first workout, your 28 Day Boot Camp program starts then.

You can start your 28 Day Program at any time during the summer.

If you haven't tried Boot Camp before, come on in and try a class! First one is on us!

Workout Schedule

We run Boot Camp classes 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) with lots of class time options to fit anyone's schedule! To see which class times work best for you, you can check out our schedule here. We encourage 3-5 classes a week, and staying active every day!

Flexible Schedule

You can come to whichever class times work best for you (you are never locked in at a certain class time). AND, you can come to either of our Freedom Fitness locations (Burien or Federal Way).

Unlimited Access

You will have unlimited access to both our classes and to our gym (to use outside of the classes). We recommend utilizing the classes as much as possible to maximize results, but on days you are not doing classes, you can still stay active by using the gym apart from the class.

Scan & Plan

Scan & Plan" is a transformative six-week fitness journey. It starts with a fitness assessment by our trainers, followed by an InBody scan to analyze your body composition. Based on these insights, you'll receive a personalized six-week plan designed to meet your specific goals

Nutrition Guide

Alongside your plan, you will receive your easy-to-follow nutrition guide that will help you reach your fitness goals over the next 21 days.

Support & Community

You'll have the help & support of our trainers throughout the program, as well as our awesome Freedom Fitness community, who will become your new gym buddies.
