Here's how it works:

  • Choice of class times - 6, 7, 9am & 4, 5:30, 7pm M-F; 8, 9:30am Sat
  • Learn fundamental fitness skills during your instructor lead classes.
  • Dramatically increase your fitness and wellbeing while having fun doing new workouts.
  • Schedule a complimentary nutrition consultation to fine tune what you eat.
  • Meet new friends who share your desire to gain strength and shed some body fat.
