Working Out Has Never Been So Efficient

All of the workouts during the 6 week program are designed to maximize your results by using your heart rate as a gauge of your exertion level. During your 50 minute boot camp classes you’ll average 81% of your max exertion rate. 

You don’t have to give it 100% intensity throughout the entire workout. It’s all about your average heart rate. And that only needs to be around 80% in order to achieve the best results!

We’re using current exercise research science data to give you the best fat burn, strength gains, and cardiovascular conditioning possible.
