What if I have an old injury?
Old injuries and physical limitations are very common. As professionals, we know how to address them and provide alternate exercises when necessary. Many times we are actually able to help people fix their problems for good.
Do I have to take supplements?
No, you don't have to take supplements to achieve amazing results. However, there are some supplements that we offer which will accelerate results.
How many times a week do I have to workout?
We ask that you workout a minimum of 3 days a week in order to reach your goals. If you've got the time and motivation, we welcome you to train with us up to 6 times a week.
