We all know that losing weight and feeling great is all the reward we need.

1. When Does the Program Start?
The Strong & Fit in '26 starts on Monday, January 5, and we go for 12 weeks. All participants are welcome to start working out prior to the start of the challenge if you want to get a jump start.
2. What is Required of Me During the Program?
During the 12 week program we ask you to workout 3-5 times a week. Hit the gym and use our instructor lead classes as much as possible. If you can't make it to the gym on a given day, make sure to do at least 20-30 minutes of whatever exercises you can think of.
We also ask you to track your nutrition and come in for bi-weekly "weigh-ins" at one of our two locations (Burien & Federal Way).
3. What times of day are the Group Fitness classes?

4. Who is the "Strong & Fit in '26" program for?
This 12 week program is open to anyone anyone ready to make a positive change in how you look and feel. We can accomodate all fitness levels and are experienced at modifying exercises for injuries or limitations. If you haven't worked out in years we'll start you off at the right pace. If you're currently working out but want to take things to the next level we'll push you to achieve more.
5. What are the fees for this challenge?
Your registration deposit is just $197 (during pre-registration) which confirms your spot in the challenge. The remaining balance for the 12 week is $797, which breaks down to just $66 bucks a week.
