Class Flexibility We offer 8 different class times daily, from 6am to 7pm to fit most schedules. You can pick & choose any class from our Boot Camp schedule.
Guided Training & At-Home Workouts If you don't feel ready for Boot Camp class, we offer access to our Guided Training Prorgram. At-home workouts available for days you can't make to the gym.
HIIT Boot Camp Each day we have a different workout focus in strength training, cardio/conditioning, abs, and bodyweight exercises with lots of variety from day to day.
Easy Eating We took out all the guess-work for nutrition by providing a detailed program with video tutorials to show you what to buy, how to prepare it, what to stay away from, & so much more!

This program is available at both of our Freedom Fitness locations in Burien & Federal Way.
Our Burien location is conveniently located right off of 509 for easy access.
When can I start this program?
This program is available all summer long - from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Since we know how busy everyone is during the summer, we don't have set start dates. We have designed this program so it can be tailor made for you and your schedule. You can start this program right now!
Can I repeat the program?
Yes! We have seen people do this program repeatedly all summer long and get amazing results. For example, one year Carrie A. did the program three times and lost over 50 lbs!
If you want to transform your body this summer, we suggest doing this program a few times, if possible. You can drop weight quickly in one round of the 21 day program, but you can really transform your body doing it several times.
When are Boot Camp classes?
We have the same schedule at both of our locations, and you can do classes at both locations. And, you can go to any class time that works for your schedule.
We have 8 class times to choose from during the week, Monday-Friday.
Morning: 6am, 7am, 9am, 10am. Afternoon/Evening: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
And we have 3 class times on Saturday mornings: 8am, 9am, 10am.
Each class is about 55 minutes long, including warm-up and cool-down.
Do I have to be in shape to do the Boot Camp classes?
We have participants of all fitness levels who do our classes. However, if you haven't done any physical activity for a while and/or if you have a physical limitation, we may recommend that you do our Guided Training instead of the classes. Our Guided Training workouts are more specialized to your ability. You can work your way up to the classes, or stick with the guided workouts throughout the duration of your program. You still get in a great workout with the guided workouts!
If you aren't sure if you're ready for the classes, we recommend doing a fitness assessment with a trainer after you sign up.
